GUJARAT ITINERARY......Duration : 04 Nights / 05 Days Itinerary : Ahmedabad - Jamnagar - Dwarka – Somnath - Rajkot – Ahmadabad Detailed Itinerary Day 01 : Ahmedabad – Jamnagar (315km/6hrs) After breakfast, proceed to Jamnagar. Suggested Itinerary FOR Portblair...Andamans 5 Nights & 6 Days I 4 Nights Port Blair + 01 Night Havelock Island with Baratang Itinerary: Day 01: Arrival- Corbyn’s Cove- Cellular Jail Light & Sound Show Arrival at Port Blair in the afternoon and transfer to respective Hotel. After check-in and some rest, take a drive towards Corbyn’s Cove Beach, about 7 kms from Port Blair. This coconut palm fringed beach, is ideal for swimming. Later proceed to the National Monument the Cellular Jail, and witness the saga of the Indian Freedom struggle through the Light and Sound Show, held within the same complex. Return to Hotel. Overnight at Port Blair Day 02: Havelock Island After breakfast and as per ferry timing transfer to Jetty to take the onward ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival at Havelock Island, our representative will receive and escort you to check-in to the respective hotel / resort. After check-in, proceed to the Radhanagar Beach, one of the most picturesque beaches on the Islands. The beach has also been ranked 07th among the beaches of Asia by the TIME magazine. Return to hotel / resort. Overnight at Havelock Island. Day 03: Return to Port Blair from Havelock Island.( Check out time 0800 Hrs) Morning at leisure. (Optional tour to Elephant Beach at a supplement Cost, just 40 min by Boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. It’s also a great place to just spend time lazing on the beach. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some beautiful pictures to take back home). Later in the afternoon transfer to Havelock Jetty to take the return ferry to Port Blair as per ferry timing. Upon return from Havelock Island, transfer to Hotel. Day 04: Port Blair City Tour- Ross island After Breakfast visit the Administrative Capital Prior to Independence from where the Britishers governed the entire A & N Islands-ROSS ISLAND, A destination for Nature Walk amidst friendly Deer’s& Peacocks.Smritika Museum, records the life of its political prisoners. The Island still houses the Commissioner’s Palace, the bakery, British Officer’s Club, a church and an old cemetery of the British officer’s on the Island though these buildings now lie in ruins. Day 03. Delhi – Mandawa

Day 04. Mandawa – Jaipur
After breakfast take a walking tour of the painted ‘havelis’ of some of the leading business families of the country. Though they no longer live here, the local caretakers are happy to show the visitors around. Chowkhani Haveli, Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli, Lakshminarayan Ladia Haveli, Mohahanlal Saraf Haveli and Bhagchandika Haveli are of special interest. Spend the major part of the day looking into frescoes. Day 05. Jaipur

Hawa Mahal – “Palace of Winds” is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women. Visit a rug factory and see the ladies at the intricate work or a gem factory and see the gem cutting and polishing process.Night stay in Jaipur.
Day 06. Jaipur – Agra
After breakfast drive to the City of Tajmahal- Agra enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri- a perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town” which was the estranged capital of mughal emperorAkbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed. Arrive Agra and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Agra.
Day 07. Agra
After breakfast visit the magnificent Taj Mahal -one of the seven wonders of the world surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan’s beloved wife.Also visit the Red fort – the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566. At the Diwan-I-Am, a colonnaded hall of red-sandstone with a throne alcove of inlaid marble at the back, the Emperor heard public petitions. At the Diwan-I-Khas here marble pavilions with floral inlays lend an ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded Peacock Throne and met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly kingdoms. Day 08. Agra -Orchha
After breakfast drive to Orchha Arrive Orchha & transfer to hotel. Later tour of this historical site with magnificient temples and Sight Seen. Some of the palaces were decorated with painted murals which represent the finest flowering of the Bundela school of painting. Night stay in Orchha.
Day 9. Orchha – Khajuraho
After breakfast drive to Khajuraho. Khajuraho the greatest temples of khajuraho are an incomparable experience. Khajuraho has achieved fame for the sensual appeal of its erotic sculptures. Arrive Khajuraho and transfer to hotel. Evening at leisure. Night stay in Khajuraho.
Day 10.  Khajuraho
After breakfast explore the temples of khajuraho while your guide explains the intricate meaning and legends behind each describable sculpture. Night stay in Khajuraho.
Day 11.Khajuraho – Varanasi
After breakfast Drive to be the India’s most sacred city situated on the western bank of the holy river Ganga. It is also the oldest living city in the world. As a place for devotional and worship, with hundreds of temples dotting the city , sunrise on the river front as seen from a boat can be a spiritually uplifting sight. Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel. Evening view “Aarti” ceremony on the Ghats. Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 12.Varanasi
Morning boat  at the river Ganges to observe the way of life of pilgrims by the Ghats. Later excursion to Sarnath, 10kms. East of Varanasi, is one of the Buddhism’s major centers of India. After attaining enlightenment, the Buddha came to Sarnath where he gave his first sermon. Visit the deer park and the museum and later back to Varanasi . Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 13. Varanasi – Delhi
Morning at leisure,  Delhi & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or last minute shopping etc. Night stay in Delhi.
Day 14. Departure

Cochin – Munnar – Thekkady - Alleppey – Cochin
Day 1: Cochin – Munnar
On arrival at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, proceed for a half day sightseeing of Cochin, covering places of interest, including Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St. Francis Church,
Chinese Fishing Net and Indo-Portuguese Museum and later drive to Munnar. En route enjoy beautiful streams, small waterfalls, rubber, pepper, cardamom and tea plantations and thick forests.
 On arrival at Munnar, check into hotel for overnight stay

Day 2: Munnar -Munnar
In the morning, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Munnar covering Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden,
Rajamalai and Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary famous for the Nilgiri Tahr and tea gardens.
Return to hotel in the evening for overnight stay

Day 3: Munnar – Periyar
After breakfast, depart for Thekkady by road (Approx: 124 kms / 3 hrs). En route visit the panoramic Western Ghat hills covered with spice plantations and an occasional view of waterfalls and
streams, several types of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon and clove. On arrival at Thekkady,
check into hotel. Later proceed for boating on the Periyar Lake (optional) and experience a view of calm crystal clear Periyar Lake and sanctuary.
Watch different wild animals while boating. Stay overnight at Periyar

Day 4: Periyar - Alleppey (Houseboat)
After breakfast, depart for Alleppey by road (Approx: 155 kms / 4 hrs). On arrival, check into houseboat and spend the day at leisure. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy lunch, evening tea/coffee with snacks and dinner on it. Stay overnight in houseboat.

Day 5: Houseboat - Cochin (Departure)

MUNNAR

Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. 1600 Meter above sea level. This hill station was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British government in South India. Sprawling Tea Plantation picture-book towns, winding lanes and holiday facility makes this a popular town. Local sightseeing of Munnar - visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point. Afternoon proceed to Rajamalai were you can visit the rarest species know as "Nilgiri Tars".

THEKKADY
